Orders are sometimes returned to our shipping facilities due to parcels being refused at acceptance.
This usually means that the addressee or someone present at the delivery address refused a parcel, but this is not necessarily true.
Depending on whether you refused the parcel or not, take the next steps to help us assist you with the return or a reshipment of your parcel:
- You refused acceptance of the parcel
If you do not want to accept a parcel and asked the courier to take it back, please make sure to contact our Customer Support Team and let us know that you would like a refund for your order. - You did not refuse acceptance of the parcel
Sometimes the couriers list a parcel as a refused acceptance even though you did not refuse the parcel upon delivery; reach out to our Customer Support Team with your full shipping address and contact information.
In case that your parcel was returned without your knowledge, share that in your message when contacting us.
We want to make sure that the couriers are delivering
your parcels without any issues, and the only way we
can provide that is with your feedback.
We will ask for some information in case we are reshipping your parcel, including your shipping address, email address, phone number, and a confirmation that your parcel was returned without your knowledge.
