If a ROOT Order is returned to one of our fulfillment centers because of missing contact information, this could mean multiple things:
- Your phone number was incorrect
- You were not available when contacted
- Your phone number does not match your destination country
If your phone number is incorrect the carrier was unable to reach you and was unable to leave the parcel at your door or with another person.
If you we not available at the time of delivery and did not pickup your phone when called, or ignored a message from the courier, the parcel was most likely returned to us.
If your phone number is from a different country than your delivery address, the courier may not have been able to call you.
