Sometimes a system error could prevent our website from adding a tracking link to your ROOT Account. In that case, your order might have been shipped already but you did not receive any information about the delivery yet.
Sometimes there are issues with shipping specific parcels due to address issues; our customer support team will usually reach out to you within a week if we cannot locate your address and ship your order.
Why didn't I receive a tracking link?
Our website will automatically send you an email with your tracking link as soon as your parcel with ROOT Products is shipped.
Sometimes our servers are unable to reach certain email service providers (looking at you, t-online.de) and the emails with tracking links could not reach you, or our messages are simply not visible in your inbox:
- Promotions; our emails could be flagged as promotional emails due to the information in the emails and could be located in your Promotions inbox
- Spam; certain servers will tag our emails as spam, those emails could be located in your Spam folder in your email inbox
- Random label; sometimes our emails simply do not show up in your primary inbox, locate the email by searching your inbox by your "order number", "ROOT", "order"
