- your email address
- your seven digit ROOT order number
Our support team is going to assist you in acquiring the tracking information.
In case you are able to access your tracking link, but the parcel is being delayed or the tracking link is not updating, please make sure to check the following:
- When did I order?
- What are the delivery times in my country?
If you notice that you ordered in the previous two days, right before the weekend or a holiday, please know that your order could take more than one day to process.
Our logistics teams are usually not available on weekends or holidays, and that might be the reason why you cannot see your tracking link being updated.
In case you are coming from a country where the delivery times are slightly longer, it could simply take a longer time for the order to reach you.
With some tracking links we notice that there could be longer periods of time where the link does not update, but your parcel is definitely on the way.
Contact the ROOT Brands Customer Support Team at hello@therootbrands.com with your order number and email address you are using to login to your ROOT Account in case your order is not delivered in the agreed time frame.
