As soon as your order is shipped you will receive the tracking information to your email inbox, at the email address that you are registered with on the website. In case you cannot see this message in your inbox, please also check your Spam and Promotions.
Your order not being processed yet could be the result of a lot of different factors that can influence your processing times:
- Your order was placed on a holiday
- Your order was placed on a weekend
- Your order was placed on a Friday
- There are processing delays
Your order being placed on a Friday, holiday or a weekend will most likely result in the processing time of your order being pushed for another day or two days.
Our logistics teams are not available on weekends or holidays, and your Friday orders might be shipped in the beginning of next week.
Processing delays are usually connected to other incidences; we are going to do our best to communicate with you when we are expecting delays.
