Clean Slate is a 30ml / 1.0 oz. bottle, filled with liquid. The screw has a pipette that you can use to dose your drops twice a day.
- You can take Clean Slate directly in your mouth from the pipette / dropper
- Start with 1-2 single drops twice daily
- Slowly increase your drops to 3-4 twice daily
- Build the dosage up to 10 drops twice daily over the course of at least a week
- Make sure to drink plenty of water
You can add your Clean Slate to a glass of water or drink it with your smoothies, but we do not recommend adding Clean Slate to hot liquids as it can have an effect on the potency of the products.
