Password reset link is not working

The password reset link is very simple to use once you receive it:

• click on the reset link
• once redirected, enter new password
• confirm your password
• SAVE your new password

If your password reset link is not working, it is most likely connected to either your browser or your email inbox:

1. Your browser is adding a URL to the password reset link
2. Your email application / email inbox is adding a URL to the password reset link

In both cases our recommendation is to copy & paste the link manually; instead of simply clicking on the link, right click and copy link address, later pasting that link to your browser search bar.
