The password reset link is shared with your email address automatically, not manually; if you did not receive one, you most likely missed it in your inbox.
Login to your email address inbox and locate the Spam & Promotions folders, checking if our emails are landing there due to your email service provider seeing them as spam or a promotion. You may also want to use the search bar and use simple queries to search your inbox, such as: ROOT, password, password reset.
If the email did not reach you after all, your email service provider is most likely blocking our emails completely, therefore stopping them before they get routed to your spam.
