Password Reset

When logging in is not possible, you might be having issues with your login details. A password reset will help you access your ROOT Account again; in case your email and/or username are correct, you may be dealing with a forgotten password.

Resetting your password is done on the Login / Signup page on our website; the page is located in the main menu , or you can find it if you're visiting the login page directly, using this link.

Use the Lost your password button to be redirected to a new page where you will be asked to add your username or email address you are using for your ROOT Account:


Use the Reset Password button once you add the email or username

A password reset link is going to be sent to the email address you are registered with on our website; the email is automated and will most likely be received in a matter of minutes.

Check your Spam & Promotions Folders in your inbox if you are unable to locate our email with password reset instructions and link after more than five minutes.
