Failure to register on our website is most frequently connected to the following reasons:
- You do not have a referral code
You will need a referral code to register on our website and order. Don't have a referral code? Contact us! - You did not fill in all the empty fields
Make sure that all the empty fields are filled out; referral code, email address, password, username, name and last name, and country - Your email address is already in use
You may already have an account, or your email address is being used by another customer by accident (spelling mistakes are common) - Your email address is incorrect
The email address you chose is not correct; check if you added a space, the @ symbol correctly, that your email format is correct - You failed to agree with all the agreements
Customers must concur with all agreements, and that is acknowledged with ticking the boxes in front of those agreements on the registration form - You did not add your initials
The final agreement requires a keyboard signature with your initials, check to find it above the registration button
Any fields that you missed or the fields that have incorrect information will be marked with red colour. Contact The ROOT Brands Customer Support Team in case you were able to follow the items above, and your registration is still not successful.
