If logging in with your details (email/username, password) is not working, follow these steps below to make sure you're doing everything correctly:
- using incorrect login information
Trying to login with wrong email address, username or password will result in failure to access your account;
try using your username or email if one or the other is not working - using an outdated password
Browsers might be using an outdated password that you changed some time ago or is auto-populating with information from another website;
try adding your login information by hand - trying to register instead of logging in
Trying to login using the registration form will simply result in error messages as you already have an account;
find the LOGIN form, as stated on left side of the page (initial form for mobile users) - account does not exist

You may be logged into another ROOT Account from a friend or family member in the same browser session;
close your current session completely and open a new one, try to login again - your registration information was incorrectly added
Registering with incorrect information due to grammatical errors, and you are not aware of it;
you will have to contact us with your information such as address and account information you have access to, and confirm your identity before we create changes to your account
