Picking errors are human errors where a customer receives an item too many, not enough
items or the wrong items.
How do I know I received too many products in my parcel?
We are partnered up with fulfillment centers all around the world, and we are always doing our best to pick the best shipping partners. Our partner's professional staff is always doing their best to fulfill your orders on time, from receiving the order information, to packing the parcel with the correct products, and choosing the best courier service possible at the time.
Our logistics teams are doing their best to minimize picking errors with barcodes and staff training, but in case you are missing products from your order reach out to us.
If you received too many products in your parcel this was most likely a picking error:
- check your parcel again
- check your invoice; you may be expecting a product you did not order the previous time, but forgot about it
What is the best way to solve receiving too many products?
Email hello@therootbrands.com to reach The ROOT Brands Customer Support Team and ask for a reshipment by letting us know which items you received were too many, and your order number.
We will make sure to provide you with a return label (Swiss, German, US, Canada, Australia, UK orders) or refund the shipping cost you have with the return.
