In 2023 we introduced a new packaging for the Zero-In product, trying to ensure that our product takes as little space as possible for easier transport, let it be from our fulfillment centers to our customers or for our customers when travelling.
Due to a different box being used to store your Zero-In capsules, you might be seeing one side of the box being open; that does not necessarily mean the box was opened before being packed for your delivery.
There is a possibility that your Zero-In box was not glued together properly; our manufacturer's production and packaging standards are great and we stand behind them, but every once in a while a box will be opened during transport, due to the parcel moving while in the delivery vehicles. Our logistics teams and customers noticed the glue on the boxes was not holding well (less than 1% of cases) and we immediately made sure to update the details on the box, making sure we our customers receive the Zero-In boxes intact for the best unboxing experience!
