Picking errors are human errors where a customer receives an item too many, not enough items or the wrong items.
Our logistics teams are doing their best to minimize picking errors with barcodes and staff training, but in case you are missing products from your order reach out to us.

- check your parcel again and make sure that you did not miss the product in wrapping paper
- check your invoice to confirm that you are actually missing a product
Email hello@therootbrands.com to reach The ROOT Brands Customer Support Team and ask for a reshipment by letting us know which items are missing, and your order number.
