Placing order to delivery- how long does it take?

The ROOT Brands Website is offering a standard shipping method for all countries, but the time it takes us to process and deliver your parcel will depend a lot on the destination country.

For a better understanding on this topic you can find your continent and country in this menu; all the delivery times are stated per country.

Most of the countries we deliver to are seeing delivery times within a week on average:

• 3-5 days : United States
• 3-10 days : Canada, UK, Australia, most of Europe
• 7-10 days or more : some of our parcels might take a longer time to be delivered as the destination countries are further away from our fulfillment centers

There might be a small delay between the time you purchase and the time your parcel is actually starting processing, depending on the day and time of the week your order was placed:

• Your order was placed on a holiday
• Your order was placed on a weekend
• Your order was placed on a Friday
• There are processing delays

Your order being placed on a Friday, holiday or a weekend will most likely result in the processing time of your order being pushed for another day or two days. 
Our logistics teams are not available on weekends or holidays, and your Friday orders might be shipped in the beginning of next week.

Processing delays are usually connected to other incidences; we are going to do our best to communicate with you when we are expecting delays.
