Our ROOT Website is connected with our shipping partners via live connections, and any Order sharing is completely automated; we do not have to share order information, it is immediately forwarded to the warehouses that ship parcels.
Our shipping partners and their fulfillment centers that are used to pack and ship ROOT Orders will receive information about a new order, created on our website almost immediately. What does this mean?
As soon as your order is placed, it is shared with our logistics team, automatically. If the fulfillment center that is shipping your orders is currently online your parcel might get processed in a couple of minutes to an hour after your order was placed. In some cases, the tracking links for your order are generated almost immediately after your order is placed.
The fact that your order might be processed immediately does not mean that is the standard practice, but we certainly encourage our shipping partners to process your orders as quickly as possible.
If you already received tracking information or if a tracking link was added to your order, it is too late to stop or cancel your order.
The tracking information usually proves that your order was processed, and that a parcel with your order contents will be or is already shipped out.
If you do not wish to receive your parcel, reach out to our Customer Support Team at hello@therootbrands.com, share your order number and let us know that you would like to initiate a refund.
