Our ROOT Website is connected with our shipping partners via live connections, and any Order sharing is completely automated; we do not have to share order information, it is immediately forwarded to the warehouses that ship parcels.
If your order is a ROOT Prime Subscription Order, you are able to stop it by disabling your ROOT Prime Subscription. If you are trying to place a regular order and would like to discontinue with your purchase, simply do not proceed with payment when at checkout.
If you already received tracking information or if a tracking link was added to your order, it is too late to stop or cancel your order.
The tracking information usually proves that your order was processed, and that a parcel with your order contents will be or is already shipped out.
If you did not receive tracking information yet, it is also most likely too late to stop or cancel your order.
Our shipping partners are processing your orders very quickly, and the fact that a tracking link is not available yet does not mean that your parcel is not in processing already.
If you do not wish to receive your parcel, reach out to our Customer Support Team at hello@therootbrands.com, share your order number and let us know that you would like to initiate a refund.
In case The ROOT Brands Customer Support Team is unable to alter any details in an already purchased order or cancel an order before it is fulfilled, The ROOT Brands is not responsible to arrange a refund in case the products are not received by the ordering customer.
