If you would prefer to disable your ROOT Prime Subscription (RPS) you will have to cancel it on our website. Make sure to login to your ROOT Account before proceeding to locate your RPS.
To access your RPS find the My Account menu in the main menu , and once redirected proceed by using the button ROOT Prime.
There is a possibility that your RPS is already cancelled or disabled; when located in your ROOT Prime page check the top of that page to see the status of your Subscription:
- Your ROOT Prime Subscription is disabled
- Your ROOT Prime Subscription is active
An active ROOT Prime Subscription will be marked as Active, with added information about the date your RPS was created and your next Processing Date. If you want to disable/cancel your RPS, please use the CANCEL ROOT PRIME button.
A cancellation will refresh the ROOT Prime page, and you will be able to see your Subscription as NOT ACTIVE:
