As soon as your order is shipped you will receive the tracking information to your email inbox, at the email address that you are registered with on the website. In case you cannot see this message in your inbox, please also check your Spam and Promotions.
The reason why you did not receive a tracking link could also be because your order was processed not long ago; your order might not have a tracking link yet as it's not been shipped.
To find the tracking information on the ROOT Website, please visit make sure that you are logged into your ROOT Account.
Once logged in, proceed to find the main menu and proceed by selecting My Account.
Once there, please select Orders in the menu on the left side of your page, located under your profile picture.
If you want to find the tracking information or view order details, please use the View button and find your tracking information there:
