When will I receive my Coupon Code Reward?

For every fourth consecutive order above $65 USD with ROOT Prime Subscription (RPS) you are eligible for a USD $50/100/150 coupon code, the coupon values depending on your average monthly order in your four month ROOT Prime Cycle. Your ROOT Prime coupon codes are currently usable for regular orders.

In case your fourth order was processed in this month, our technical team will be checking your orders in the first days of the next month. After we've reviewed your ROOT Prime Orders and we can confirm that you are eligible for the reward, we will be adding the coupon codes to your ROOT Account.
Example: If the fourth consecutive order is completed in June, the account will be processed and coupon codes received next month, in July.

Our Technical Team is going to make sure that your RPS Coupon Codes are added to your ROOT Account within the first week or first 10 days of the month.
