As per our RPS Terms & Conditions, and address changes created within your ROOT Prime Subscription (RPS) has to be communicated with the ROOT Brands Customer Support Team (contact us).
To access your RPS Shipping Address, you will have to access your ROOT Account. To access your addresses, find the My Account menu in the main menu , and once redirected proceed by using the button ROOT Prime. Once you reach the ROOT Prime page please proceed to find the section where the address is listed.

Find the Shipping Address section
Located directly beneath the products in your RPS Cart, you will be able to find your Billing and Shipping address section
Find the shipping address on the right side once located in the addresses section of RPS

EDIT the Shipping Address
Using the EDIT button located beneath your current address will open a new window with your address information
Add your updated address information, and check that your phone number, your email address, and your shipping address are correct.

Save Address
Before closing the window with the address information, use the SAVE ADDRESS button to make sure your newly added information is saved. -
Save changes
Scroll to the bottom of the page to save your changes:
Make sure you save any changes you create on this page; failure to do so can result in RPS defaulting to your previous address.
