ROOT Prime Subscription (RPS) Terms & Conditions state that there has to a specific amount of time has to pass between two RPS Orders; there has to be at least 20 days between two consecutive RPS Orders.
There is a possibility that your order is not processing, or that your Processing Date is moving a day further because you set your Processing Date to a date that is too early after your previous RPS Order.
To make sure that your order will process correctly, you can
- Leave the Processing Date to push itself towards the next possible date (that will be 20 days after your previous RPS Order)
- Change your RPS Processing Date to a different date, taking into account that there has to be at least 20 days between your RPS Orders
