As per our RPS Terms & Conditions, and address changes created within your ROOT Prime Subscription (RPS) has to be communicated with the ROOT Brands Customer Support Team (contact us).
Failure to comply to this rule or reach out to us before changing your shipping address can result in the loss of RPS Benefits, including the shipping token, and could also result in resetting your RPS Cycle.
You are able to change your shipping address in case that you have a reason for the change that is provided when reaching out to us. If you are travelling, moving house, changing locations for a longer period of time or if you have another reason why you need the shipping address change, we will make sure to reach out to our technical team and enable the change for you.
