Why is my PayPal not working when added as a payment method

PayPal can be used on our ROOT Website to purchase regular orders as well as ROOT Prime Subscription Orders.

However, there are exceptions that could be stopping you from using your PayPal account:
You do not have a credit card or a bank account connected to your PayPal account.

In case that you do not have any of these two options connected to your PayPal account, please make sure to either change your payment method or add a credit card / bank account information to your PayPal account.
