To add PayPal payment or update your PayPal in your ROOT Prime Subscription (RPS), please follow make sure that you are logged into your ROOT Account before proceeding to access the ROOT Prime page.
To access your RPS find the My Account menu in the main menu , and once redirected proceed by hitting the button ROOT Prime.
Scroll to the bottom of the RPS page to find the Payment Methods; choose Card for credit card payment
Follow these two steps to make sure your PayPal account information is added correctly:
- Find Payment method section in RPS page
When located on the RPS page, scroll to the bottom of that page and choose the PayPal option to proceed - Add your PayPal account to the RPS
A new secure window is going to open as soon as you use the PayPal button; login to your PayPal account and choose your payment method; you won't be able to use PayPal if your PayPal account is not connected to a bank account or a credit card - Save the changes
Make sure you save the created change or added information; failure to do so can result in your credit card information failing to save and your ROOT Prime Subscription could be delayed, causing you to lose your RPS Benefits.
First time ROOT Prime Customers will be able to notice that they are asked to sign up, not save the changes. Active ROOT Prime Members will notice that they have to save, not sign up;
both actions will result in RPS saving those updates/changes.
