Is my ROOT Prime Subscription active?

To access your ROOT Prime Subscription (RPS), please follow make sure that you are logged into your ROOT Account before proceeding to access the ROOT Prime page. 

To access your RPS find the My Account menu in the main menu  , and once redirected proceed by clicking on the button ROOT Prime.  

1. Your RPS is active
   
   An active RPS shows a GREEN button and "Active"
2. Your RPS is not active
   
   Inactive RPS shows an EMPTY button and "Not Active"
   

If your RPS is active, it is accompanied with your created & processing date at the top of the ROOT Prime page, and the words "Active" as seen in the first screenshot above.

If your RPS is not active, it is seen as "Not Active" as seen in the second screenshot above. If your RPS should be active, you will want to check how to setup your ROOT Prime correctly here.
