If you notice that your ROOT Prime Subscription (RPS) is not processing, keeps moving your processing date to the tomorrow/next day, and if this process is repeating every day we recommend checking if your RPS is actually processing correctly.
In case of these events you are most likely not following the minimum time difference between two RPS Orders or it is possible that your RPS is not actually activated.

Minimum time difference between two RPS Orders
Your RPS Processing Date could be moving for a day because our system is blocking you; there is a chance that your previous RPS Order was processed less than 20 days ago.
Push your Processing Date further enough to make sure that there will be at least 20 days since your previous RPS Order was created.

ROOT Prime Subscription is not active
ROOT Prime is going to push your Processing date for a day continuously in case it's not activated. To make sure that your RPS is active, visit your RPS Page; recognize an active ROOT Prime Subscription with the GREEN Active button as seen in the screenshot below:
