You might notice that your ROOT Prime Subscription Order (RPS Order) did not process on the Processing Date you picked. This issue usually occurs to first time customers with RPS.
In case you noticed your RPS Processing Date is not moving with the new Processing Date moved forward for exactly 7 days, you are most likely having payment issues, and our system defaulted to a new date that is seven days after your original Processing Date.
Take the following steps if you notice that your Processing Date is moving forward for 7 days:
- Go to your ROOT Prime Page;
To access ROOT Prime, please follow make sure that you are logged into your ROOT Account before proceeding to access the ROOT Prime page.
To access your RPS find the My Account menu in the main menu
, and once redirected proceed by hitting the button ROOT Prime.
- Move processing date to closest possible date;
Make sure that your processing date is the closest possible date; processing your RPS Order as soon as possible is going to make sure that you do not lose your RPS Benefits

Scroll to the very bottom of the ROOT Prime page and proceed to update your Payment Method
Using the Update Payment Method button is going to give you access to your payment information; please check and change your payment information to make sure that your RPS Order will process - Save the updated Payment Method;
Make sure you save the changed Processing Date and Payment information; failure to do so will result in your processing date defaulting back to previous setting, and your payment method not being updated
Failure to save those changes can end with losing your RPS Benefits! - Check if your ROOT Prime Benefits are still active
In case your RPS Order is going to process more than 31 days after your previous RPS Order, it could happen that you lose your ROOT Prime Benefits.
