Is this your first time setting up RPS? Here you can find the instructions and make sure you get it right the first time.
To change the RPS processing date, please follow make sure that you are logged into your ROOT Account before proceeding to access the ROOT Prime page.
To access your RPS find the My Account menu in the main menu , and once redirected proceed by hitting the button ROOT Prime.
To update your processing date move to the lower part of the ROOT Prime page, and proceed to find the Prime Processing Date section as seen below in the screenshot:
Pick a using the calendar; click on the processing date and select your preferred date as seen on calendar
See how the first possible Processing Date is defaulting to the next day, and that is the reason why you are unable to process your ROOT Prime Subscription Order on the same day as you are subscribing to RPS.
Once you select your preferred Processing date, please scroll to the bottom of the page to save your changes:
Make sure you save the changed Processing Date; failure to do so will result in your Processing Date defaulting back to previous setting
When changing your Processing Date, make sure that you are respecting the 31 day rule; there can be at most 31 days between your ROOT Prime Subscription Orders in order to keep your RPS Benefits. In case of any disruptions connected to your ROOT Prime that you cannot influence or are connected to technical issues, should be communicated with The ROOT Brands Customer Support Team at hello@therootbrands.com.
