As per our ROOT Prime Subscription (RPS) Terms & Conditions there can be at most 31 days between two RPS Orders.
Delaying your ROOT Prime Subscription Processing date can result in the loss of RPS Benefits, which are as follows:
- One shipping token of $15 USD for one RPS Order; Customers receive this token once a month
- Two shipping tokens of $15 USD for two regular Orders; Customers receive these two tokens once a month
- RPS Reward of $50 USD in the form of a coupon code; if the average product price for a monthly order after a finished RPS Cycle is is $175 USD or below
- RPS Reward of $100 USD in the form of a coupon code; if the average product price for a monthly order after a finished RPS Cycle is is $176 USD or above
Please make sure to follow these guidelines to continue receiving RPS Rewards and Benefits; we encourage our customers to setup their RPS and let it process automatically every month.
You don't have to order the same products every month! ROOT Prime enables you to change the products in your Subscription with every order.
1. Cancelling RPS/RPS Order
Cancelling your ROOT Prime Subscription or asking for a refund on your RPS Order can result in your RPS Cycle being broken, and can in turn make you lose your RPS Benefits as listed above.
2. Delaying RPS Processing date
You can lose your ROOT Prime Benefits if you drop out of your RPS Cycle due to inability to abide by the 31 day rule. We are willing to discuss any changes as long as long as they are communicated through our Customer Support Team.
Depending on the reason for the delay of your ROOT Prime Subscription Order, our Customer Support Team will be able to assist you in case you need to delay your ROOT Prime Processing date due to unanticipated events that are outside of your control, such as stolen credit card information, moving house, vacation,...
