RPS Processing dates
1. Adjusting the RPS Processing Date
Please find a more detailed article on how to change your ROOT Prime Processing date here.
When adjusting your Processing Date it is vital to understand the Terms & Conditions , most important being the part with the maximum and minimum allowed time between two ROOT Prime Subscription Orders.
Maximum processing time between two RPS orders is 31 days
Minimum processing time between two RPS orders is 20 days
(check 3. and 4. below to find out more about the restrictions)
2. No same-day processing
Our system is programmed to process your ROOT Prime Subscription Orders once a day, every day, at the same time (09.15 AM UTC);
you cannot setup your ROOT Prime to process the same day unless you are able to setup your account before that time (09.15 AM UTC).
If you were to activate your ROOT Prime Subscription today, the ROOT Prime Order is not going to process until the next day or on any other date you may have chosen as the Prime Processing Date.
If this is your first time subscribing, and you setup your subscription today, please wait until tomorrow to see your ROOT Prime Subscription Order processed successfully.
In case your order is not processing when scheduled there is a chance your ROOT Prime is not setup correctly. Please check if your ROOT Prime Subscription is setup correctly:
3. Maximum processing time between two RPS Orders
If the RPS processing date is moved out beyond a month (30-31 days) or an already processed RPS Order is cancelled, the RPS Cycle can be interrupted; the interruptions can result in the reset of the ROOT Prime Cycle and its benefits.
There are exceptions to this rule, find more about the 30 day rule here.
4. Minimum processing time between two RPS Orders
There has to be at least 20 days between two RPS Orders;
in case you setup your ROOT Prime Processing date within the first 20 days after your previous RPS Order, the order Processing Date is going to keep pushing for a day until it's been at least 20 days since your last ROOT Prime Order.
