Our system is programmed to process your ROOT Prime Subscription Orders once a day, every day, at the same time (12 PM UTC);
you cannot setup your ROOT Prime to process the same day unless you are able to setup your account before that time (12 PM UTC).
The reason why you did not receive an order confirmation to your email inbox or you are not seeing a charge on your bank account/credit card balance is because your ROOT Prime Subscription Order was not yet processed due to this rule.
In case that you are not seeing any charges or conformations that your RPS Order is completed, please check the following:
- Is your ROOT Prime Subscription actually setup correctly? Check that here.
- Did I update my ROOT Prime Processing Date to a later date than tomorrow?
There is a possibility that you changed the Processing Date on your RPS to a later date.

If you were to activate your ROOT Prime Subscription today, the ROOT Prime Order is not going to process until the next day or on any other date you may have chosen as the Prime Processing Date.
If this is your first time subscribing, and you setup your subscription today, please wait until tomorrow to see your ROOT Prime Subscription Order processed successfully.
