Due to human error our shipping partners sometimes fulfill orders without adding all
the correct products to the parcel. Picking errors are very rare in facilities that we
use to ship ROOT Orders.
I ordered more products than I received!
If your parcel was missing a specific product, please make sure that you are positive you ordered the missing products; some bundles have less products than others.
Your ROOT Prime Subscription could be processing with different products in case you created any changes and you could be expecting more products than the previous month.
Check your order information first before reaching out to Customer Support (how do I find information about my order?)
How do I receive the missing products?
Following the steps below is the best option in case you believe a product is missing from your parcel:

Check the box again;
due to the wrapping paper in the box our customers sometimes don't notice the product; check the box again to see if the product is still in the box but you didn't notice it -
Check what you ordered;
there is a chance that you ordered something else and you are expecting the incorrect product; check your order information on the ROOT Website or find the order confirmation in your email inbox -
Visit our website;
you may have ordered a bundle that is holding less products than you expect; check our website shop to make sure that you are expecting the correct products
If you were unable to find the error or locate the product, this was most likely a picking error; we are always going to ensure we send the correct
