How to setup ROOT Prime Subscription

To start this process of signing up for ROOT Prime Subscription (RPS) you have to add products to your ROOT Prime Cart (RPS Cart):

• Visit our SHOP
• Add your product to ROOT Prime Subscription by using the ADD TO RPS button:
  
  The button is located in the bottom left corner of the product you want to add to your RPS Cart; if the product is already in your RPS Cart, you cannot add it again

You will be redirected to the ROOT Prime page after using the add to RPS button.
Tip: If you wanted to add more products to your ROOT Prime cart simply move back to our SHOP or use the “ADD ITEM” button on the ROOT Prime page.

In this next step you should be looking at your ROOT Prime page- if not there already please visit My Account and click the ROOT Prime tab. If you added all the products you want for your monthly order, we can move on to the final step- processing date, addresses, and payment:

• At the top of your screen you can change the quantities of the added products
• Please check your shipping and billing address, make sure we’re shipping to the right address
• Choose your Prime Processing Date; this is the date your order will process automatically every month
• Add the payment method at the bottom of the page; you can add Wallet funds if available, but you always have to have a credit card/PayPal on record

Please make sure to check all of the above mentioned information to make sure your order will be processed correctly and on time.
Once you check all the information mentioned above, proceed by clicking on the SIGN UP button at the bottom of the page:
